  11.     Send a list of the Disk Numbers that you want, and a cheque, Credit Card
  12.     details or Postal orders to the Total amount.(Posted and Pack are 
  13.     including within the disk price.

  15.     When ordering also include your Name, Address, Credit card/Cheque or
  16.     Postal order details, Telephone number, Disk Numbers Required, Total
  17.     amount sent, The Total amount of disks ordered and where you noticed
  18.     our Advert. When reording please use your account number.

  21.     With a Printer

  23.     Print the order form as provided within this Directory. Then fill it
  24.     in and send it back. Very easy. When reording please use your account
  25.     number.

  32.     Please add 10% of the total costs towards postage (#1.00 Minimum), Credit
  33.     card Orders will be charged Postage at cost price. All Checks must be
  34.     drawn on UK Banks and in UK Pound Sterlin. If you are sending Cash please

  58.     Complete Library    1.00 per disk  (See note below)

  61.     Overseas mail is sent via Air Mail at no additional charge.  Time and
  62.     other jobs permitting, all complete Lirary orders will be  posted within
  63.     5 days of receipt. All other orders are Posted within 48 hours).

  66. Complete Library Orders

  68.     The "Complete library" Price (1.00 per disk) applies only to orders of a
  69.     complete set of all disks in the library at the time of the order. Up to
  70.     an additional 100 future disks can be preordered at the same time as the
  71.     initial order, at the same rate.

  73.     This offer is intended to provide a relatively low startup cost for new
  74.     user groups, dealers, or other users, to obtain a complete library set.

  76. Subscriptions

  78.     Feel free to order more than the current number of disks available.
  79.     Excess funds will be placed "in escrow" (refundable at any time) 
  80.     and drawn against for automatic mailings of future disks as they 
  81.     become available.  These disks will be charged against your account
  82.     at the per disk charge in effect at the time they are shipped.
